About Us

“We feel priviledged to contribute our skills & values to development opportunites in Mauritius to make them a success.”

Our projects are often developed in joint-venture with landowners or investors with the objective of achieving the right balance of aesthetic and financial results while remaining fully conscious of our social and environmental responsibilities.
Our partnership model, pioneered by Founder, Sebastien Bax de Keating, started as a development solution presented to landowner families allowing them a low-risk, yet financially attractive way of developing their properties, compared to the alternative of selling to a developer.

This partnership approach allowed landowners to participate effortlessly in the development process alongside Property Lab, allowing them a share in development profits (as well as emotional rewards of the development process) while minimising the typical risks inherent to the property development process.

In addition to developing our own projects, Property Lab also offers more traditional property consulting and development management services to clients who prefer to drive and finance/fund the development process themselves, while enjoying the comfort of having us on board their development team.
